Burly

BELGO IPA - February

ABV: 6.5%  IBUs: 65

Burly is an American Pale Ale with a twist. Burly is brewed with a Belgian yeast strain to give this IPA fruity esters and is hopped with Willamette and Cascade hops to give Burly noticeable bitterness. Burly is rounded out with a generous amount of dry-hopping with Cascade and Simcoe hops to fill out the nose. 

Sinuous

CELTIC ALE - Year Round

ABV: 5.6%  IBUs: 28.5

Sinuous is a unique Celtic Ale. Refreshing, clean and crisp with a subtle roast note and malty finish. It is smooth as a Celtic Brogue!

Wanderer

SESSION INDIA PALE ALE - Year Round

ABV: 4.2%  IBUs: 45

Wanderer is a Session IPA. This exciting new style is balanced with malt and hop characters and has a clean finish. The combination of full hop flavor and lower alcohol gives Wanderer a a wonderful drinkability! Wanderer has a light, clean and refreshing body, and is hopped with Perle, Willamette, Centennial and Citra hops that gives Wanderer a Citrus and Pine finish. Wanderer is rounded out with a generous amount of dry-hopping with Citra hops to fill the nose.

Archangel

SUMMER WHEAT - May 

ABV: 5.0%  IBUs: 22

Heed the herald, Archangel, for its presence announces that days of radiating sun and sultry nights of revelry are upon us! Its Wheat and Pale malts and Willamette and Perl hops jubilantly unite in a ruddy-orange fellowship. While a secondary fermentation with Michigan bitter cherries imparts a subtle cherry nose and finish that will cause much rejoicing by your senses. This balanced, unfiltered voice of merriment is the reward for your faith during the shadow and cold of winter.  

Hooligan

HOPPY PUMPKIN ALE - September

Darkangel

CHERRY PORTER - October

ABV: 5.0%  IBUs: 35

Darkangel Cherry Porter is robust and dry with a finishing touch of tart Michigan cherry. The roast barley quickly gives way to the subtle chocolate malt and rich Crystal 30.Chinook and Centennial hops put forth a sharp clean bitterness that is followed by a medium malt body balanced with Challenger hops, ending with a smooth dry, tart finish and strong Galena nose. 

Hoodoo

MIDWEST WET HOP IPA - October

ABV: 8.0%  IBUs: 88

Hoodoo Midwest Wet Hop IPA is the first of it’s kind. Brewed with fresh from the farm Michigan hops for exceptional flavor. Hoodoo is hops from start to finish with a little malt in the middle, just enough to keep Hoodoo from going Voodoo on you. Not to worry - pretty much nothing but hops.

Furry

BLACK IPA - November

ABV: 7.2%  IBUs: 72

Furry Black IPA is a complex, easy drinking yet remarkably American Black IPA. Remarkable, clean and crisp with a light and lingering roast wheat malt and centennial hop finish. 

Blitzen

FESTIVUS ALE - November

ABV: 6.8%  IBUs: 55

Blitzen is a Festivus Ale with raisin, currant and berry notes attributed to Bramling Cross hops, 3 types of Crystal malts, Cara and Chocolate malt. A combination of citrus peel and citrus pith flavors are accented by the Hercules, Cascade and Pilgrim hops added throughout the boil. Riwakas’ subtle spiciness in combination with the crisp spiciness from the Rye malt liberates flavors reminiscent of savory holiday cakes. This is a well balanced, rich, Festivus Ale that will warm the palate and soul, awakening memories of holidays past. 

Dubious

BLACK CHOCOLATE STOUT - December

ABV: 5.3%  IBUs: 30

Dubious is a Black Chocolate Stout that has the perfect combination of chocolate, roast and black malts resulting in a smooth rich beer. Judicious use of hops bring out a complex, yet subtle bittering finished off with a big Goldings nose. This swirl of aroma, flavor and body is underscored by the rich chocolate that is added at the end of the boil. 

Nomad

DRY HARD CIDER - Year Round

ABV: 6% 

Wander no longer, there is finally is your true Northern Michigan Hard Cider, Nomad. North Peak’s Nomad is a Dry Hard Cider with a fresh cut apple aroma and dry finish with subtle tartness. Nomad is the perfect combination of craft and nature. Multiple apple varieties round out a mouthful of fresh apples and crisp nose that is remarkably refreshing. Nomad is brewed and bottled in Travserse City, MI,  on Old Mission Peninsula, using locally grown apples.
